PERIOD CRAMPS
It is know that sometimes period can cause pain.
The truth is that these days I am in phase and I have taken the liberty of trying to do
these exercises, which according to the woman in the video, its purpose is to relax you
and your body during the days of menstruation, so that it does not hurt so much, and
as the woman says it, affirms that these massages work.
In my case it has not worked, it has left me indifferent, even with pain because of
pressing my fingers on my navel.
In conclusion, I think this video just tries to relax, not to appease the pain. Since one
can have stress and that can increase the pain, or may not have it. But the fact is that,
to me, this woman's techniques have not helped me at all.
