Re: Inter Zonal Transfer of Officers: 2019-20 - Relieving of Officers

Reference is requested to email dated 10.06.20'19 of Head Office advising about

relieving of Officers under Inter Zonal Transfer 2019-20. All Regions were advised to
relieve all concerned Officers on or before 15.06.2019 for their respective Zones.

It has been reported that timelines are not adhered to, which resulted in to delay in
timely completion of not only IZT exercise but also connected Inter/lntra Region
transfers and affected the business performance of the Bank, for which a serious note
has been taken by Higher Authorities

We therefo-r,e advise you to relieve all the Officers transferred under Inter Zonal Transfer
Exercise 2019-20 by 29.06.2019 with instructions to report to their new place of posting
on next working day.

Please take necessary action as per above and confirm compliance.
