In consideration of my admission to Davao St. Martin de Porres Technical School, Inc. and privileges of a
student in this school. I hereby promise and pledge to abide by and comply with all rules and regulation laid down
by the competent authorities of this institution in which I am enrolled.

To recognized without reservations, the authority of DAVAO ST. MARTIN DE PORRES TECHNICAL SCHOOL,
INC to bar or nor to allow our child/children to entering the school campus and attending his/her classes in case we
fail to pay two (2) consecutive installments of the due and demandable tuition and other school fees as indicated in
the current schedule of payment and that he/she only be readmitted as soon as the tuition and other in the current
schedule of payment and that he/she only be readmitted as soon as the tuition and other school fees are paid;
provided however, that our child/children will be solely responsible to keeping up with the lessons, assignments and
in taking up examinations given during the school days our child/children was/were not allowed to enter and attend
classes.

Withdrawal and Refund


The student who want to withdraw must submit a Withdrawal Form (WF) and School Clearance (SC) to the
Business Office and Registrar’s Office. For students who will withdraw from school will be charged as follows:
Before the 1st day of school P500.00 charge for service fee.
a. 1st week of school year 5% of the amount for the entire school year.
b. 2nd week of the school year 10% of the amount for entire school year.
c. 3rd week of the school year 25% of the amount for the entire school year.
d. 4th week of the school year 50% of the amount for the entire school year.
e. 5th week of the school year 75% of the amount for the entire school year.
Another of the 5th week, the student is no longer entitled for a refund even if the students stop attending
school. Aside from that necessary for the whole school year becomes due and payable. Filing a Withdrawal Form and
School Clearance are still necessary even after the 5th week so that the student would not be considered and enrolled
students subject to academic and financial provisions of the school.
There is no refund for purchased books, school materials like school uniforms, P.E T-shirt and Jogging Pants,
even if these were never used. There is no refund for any other kind of payments no mentioned here. Refund shall
be given after five days from the date dropping form was filed and approved.
