CHILDHOOD….

when I was a boy, I loved visiting my grandma’s apartment, with its flowers window, My
brother and I would sleep in the small bedroom off the kitchen—the very room our mom
shared with her brother.

I can picture myself reaching . Her well-stocked pantry and doily-covered tabletops
contained loads of delectable treats I was often denied at home: pastries, chocolate-covered
marshmallow cookies, and delicate bowls of jellied orange sticks and other candy.

When I was young and lived with my parents, I used to help them a little bit with baking
and cooking. We used to eat together.
I used to hate spinach. But now I can eat it, I got used to the taste of spinach,
although sometimes I feel like I hate them. but I have to teach my son that it's good to eat
them.

I used to go there twice a week, all meetings used to be held in her house. We used to give
her a gift in her birthday.

I used to watch television until twelve o’clock last night., but my grandmother never
scolded me.

I can say without equivocation, that my childhood was the best thing that has happened to
me.
