format,

Click onto the button Export... after selecting the export settings. Afterwards an export file will
be generated in the selected format. Depending on the size of the start list this can take a few
‘minutes. In the protocol window you can follow the progress of the export:

Create data structure
When the option Create Tree of data is activated you can define the structure of the export.
Later this sorting of elements simplifies the search for certain parts in the viewer.
Free ‘The data structure can be defined individually via Free. As
‘soon as you have selected the setting Free, 2 additionals op-
tions Sorting and Planes will be shown.
Enter the elements which define the directory structure into
the input field behind Sorting. Enter the attribute of the ele-

entered, they must be seperated by a /.
Define the number of planes in the data tree via Planes. (See
Example: Creation of a * wal file sorted by mark number and
profile)
By Phases, Principals, | Here you define Phase, Principal, Assemblies as sorting
Assemblies criteria for the parts, whereas parts of the first plane are sort-
ed by phases, in the second by principals and in the third
plane by assemblies.
By Phases, Profiles Here you define the sorting Phases for the first plane , the
second plane is sorted by Profiles.
By profiles Here you define Profiles only as sorting criteria of the parts.
When you switch off this option the output of the parts is done without sorting. Then the parts
are listed in the viewer alphabetically and numerically.
