He believed that values used be political philosophers represents individual preferences related to social conditions in which these are developed. Contemporary society will represent its own value system from its own experience. Political scientists should only focus on building casual theory to explain political behaviour. Easton changed his views after one and half decade while launching Post behaiouralism where he renewed with values which were sought to be excluded from earlier behavioural approach. Without leaving scientific enquiry focus was paid on values too.
