    Cmd/Powershell as admin
    2. run command:
    REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t
    REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
    3. run command:
    REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t
    REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
    4. Open Services
    5. For Windows "Mobile-2003-based device connectivity" and "Windows Mobile-based
    device connectivity"
    i) Stop Both services
    ii) Go to each Service's properties
    iii) Go to the LogOn tab
    iv) Select Local System Account
    v) Apply and OK
    vi) Restart both services
    6. Launch WMDC
