License Agreement for Reprinting

ASHRAE grants a license for reproduction of the ASHRAE Psychrometric Chart with
company identification as follows:

Licensee agrees to pay a first-year $500 license fee for permission to use the ASHRAE
Psychrometric Chart under the following conditions:

 The ASHRAE copyright will be clearly shown on the reproduction.

 The psychrometric chart will not be altered in any way.
 Use of the ASHRAE psychrometric chart will not imply ASHRAE endorsement of a
company, products or services.
 Company identification is limited to any or all of the following elements company
name, address, telephone, fax, email, URL, logo and slogan.
 The licensee may not sell copies of the ASHRAE chart.
 No portion of ASHRAE psychrometric charts may be posted on the Internet or on an
Intranet.

You will receive an invoice when this signed agreement is received by ASHRAE.
