SUMMARY

The present work titled "Definition and Hierarchization of the key indicators for
the evaluation and control of maintenance administration" has as objective to
determine the weight or the hierarchization, according to the degree of
importance, of the same indicators.
Firstly this project has been carried out by means of a rigorous bibliographical
study with a view of carrying out a rising, the most meticulous possible, of the
indicators used at the present time for the evaluation of Maintenance
Administration . After achieving the commitment with the study of a group of
international specialists, it is reached, by means of the method Delphi, the
gruping of a wide range of indicators gathered in tune categories and finally the
hierarchization is being carried out of the same indicators categories in function
of its influence in the decision making during the Maintenance control
Administration activity.
The statistical execution of the presented hypothesis demonstrates the existence
of the consistency necessary in the trials of the experts and as result, the validity
is guaranteed.
