Arkilikha 2019 is a free CPD program provided by UAP Regional District A2A.

To earn CPD points,

participant is required to apply this program as “Self-Directed CPD” through PRC. Each participant
Is reminded of the following:

1. Important that your name is registered in the Attendance sheet with complete details:
Contact Number, PRC No., EMAIL ADDRESS.

2. Keep the programme, modules (if provided)., soft copy of powerpoint presentations (if
provided by the speaker).

3. Take photos of the event as part of proof of attendance, and compile in a document before
application to PRC. A “selfie” as proof of attendance is recommended to increase chances
of approval of CPD points.

4. Certificate of Attendance will be distributed after the event.

5. Soft copies of the following relevant requirements will be emailed to each participant after
the event through uap.barasoain.cpd@gmail.com

Copy of Attendance Sheet

Copy of Seminar Synopsis/Syllabus and specific objectives
Resume/CV of each speaker with attached PRC ID, if professional.
Soft copies of powerpoint presentation
Other relevant details/instructions in application of Self Directed Program to the PRC
