This pertains to the TUKLAS KATUTUBO INC. (Tuklas at Ugnayan ng Kultura, Lahi
at Sining ng mga Katutubo sa Pilipinas) desire to put up school in their BLAAN
community situated in sitio Kadlom in Barangay Tacub, Municipality of Kiblawan.
The certain group wish to seek an approval through which their intention may realize
upon.

To this, I would like to inform your office that as School Head of Tacub Elementary
School and where they intend Tacub Elementary School as their mother school, I
