This Slide Deck includes: (2) background information on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, including key lingo snd acronyms; (2) Review and observations with respect te the February 6, 2019 Plan; (3) A proposed alternative for a sensible, practical and cost effective OAP; (4) Budget and expense estimates, based on the Treasury Board's anticipated funding envelope; (5) Costing of the Program and the corresponding estimates associated therewith; and, (6) Concluding segment seeking instructions and paving the way for several decisions, necessary to ‘complete the outline of this Proposal. ‘The work presented herein was predicated on hundreds of hours of research and interviews of stakeholders, service providers, parents and academics. 1 am confident that confidentiality by all participants will be maintained and that any and all discussions were on a without prejudice basis. | am truly grateful for being tasked with this key project.
