1 概述
Brief introduction
空气输送斜槽（以下简称斜槽）是一种广泛地应用于输送干燥粉状物料

的气力输送设备，在水泥工业中常用于输送水泥和生料粉。

Air slide is pneumatic and conveying equipment that is widely used

to convey dry and powder material. It is used to convey cement and

raw material powder in cement industry.

斜槽在输送物料中因没有转动部件，易于维护，密封性好，无噪音，操

作安全可靠，耗电少，改变输送方向方便，并能多点喂料和多点卸料而得到

广泛的应用。

Air slide is characterized by easy maintenance, good sealing, no

noise, safe operation, low consumption, convenient to divert, It is

widely used to charge and discharge at multi-point etc. because of

no driving part.

斜槽的主要构件是透气层，本系列产品采用 PET5～6（涤纶）型合成纤

维织物，是一种新型透气层，它具有耐高温（可达 150℃）、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、

吸湿性低、重量轻、表面平整、使用寿命长等优点。

The main part of air slide is ventilated layer. The series product

is applied PET5～6( terylene ) compound fibre textile, which is a new

type ventilated layer. It is characterized by high temperature

resistant (to centigrade 150), anti-corrosive, anti-abrasion, low

moisture absorption, light weight, level surface and long life etc.

2 工作原理
Work principle
斜槽是由若干个普通薄钢板制成的槽体与其它附件用螺栓铆接而成。槽

体上下壳体之间设有透气层，斜槽整体与水平倾斜一定角度。

Air slide is used rivet joint, connect groove body of steel thin

steel plate and other appendix with bolt. The upper and bottom shell

of groove body has ventilated layer. The air slide is inclined with

the level in some angle.

透气层上面为料室，下面为气室，当具有一定压力的气体吹入气室后经

透气层使物料流态化，因而物料在重力作用下象流体一样在槽体内流动，通

常用通风机作为风源。料室内多余的空气经斜槽的排气口由除尘器抽走。

The material chamber is on the top of ventilated layer, Gas chamber

is under it. Pressure gas is blown to gas chamber through ventilated

layer that can make material flow. Material is flowed like fluid in

groove body with the gravity. Wind source is fan usually. The remainder

air is discharged by dust filter from air outlet.

3 技术性能
Technical Capacity
1、输送物料：含水量≤1%，温度≤150℃的干燥的粉状物料

3、倾角：4°、6°、8°、10°、12°。

对不同的物料应选取不同的倾角，对于同一种物料，当水份较大

时应取较大的倾角。一般说当布置条件允许时，采用较大的倾角是有

利于输送的。

As per the same material, if the moisture is higher, select bigger

slope. Generally when arranging condition is allowable, conveying the

material with big slope.

4 结构形式
Structure type
斜槽一般包括进料节，标准节，非标节，截流阀，弯槽，三通槽，防

雨罩，出料漏子，供风装置及槽架（一般用户根据现场实际情况制作）。

Air slide is including inlet part, standard part, non-standard part,

cut-off valve, bending groove, three-way groove, weatherproof guard,

outlet funnel, wind supplied device and groove frame(usually it is

supplied by the user at site.)

进料节分头节进料节，中间进料节；标准节分带检修门，不带检修门，

带清渣孔；出料漏子有带排气口，不带排气口之分；订货时应详细说明。

Inlet part has head inlet part and middle inlet part. Standard

part has inspected door and no inspected door with slag hole. The

outlet funnel has air outlet and no air outlet. Specify them when

placing an order.

供风装置一般由空气过滤器，控风阀，风机，送风软管，风管（无缝钢

管或水煤气管），截止阀（闸阀）等管件组成。

Wind supplied device is composed of air filter, wind control valve,

fan, hose supplied wind, wind pipe (seamless steel pipe or water and

gas pipe), cut-off valve (gate) etc.

具体的布置形式详见设备订单，所有的设备组件均应在设备清单中注

明。

The detailed arrangement refers to equipment order

list. Note all equipment parts in the list.

5 设备的安装及维护
Installation and maintenance
1、根据设备的供货清单选择好各斜槽所需的零部件。

Select required part of air slide according to equipment

supplied list.

2、根据现场需要用户自制好槽架，一般每隔 3～4m 设置一个槽架，由

于斜槽的上、下槽体是用薄钢板制成的，各段之间用 M10 的螺栓连接，如果

槽架间距太远，槽体就有可能因自重而产生弯曲或引起螺栓破坏，所以槽架

间距应尽可能小些。当斜槽设有弯槽，三通槽时槽架应靠近这些部件，对大

规格斜槽各个槽架间最好用横梁连接。

Fabricate groove frame according to user request. Arrange

one groove frame every 3 to 4m. Connect upper and bottom groove body

with M10 bolt because it is made of thin steel plate. If the distance

of groove body is too far, it will cause bending or damaging the bolt

with the gravity. So the distance between groove body had better be

smaller.

3、按规定的要求连接好料室与气室，各法兰连接处要加密封垫，料室

与气室分开连接，然后在气室上面压透气层（其中透气层应保持干燥），透

气层纵向应张紧，
当槽宽小于或等于 500mm 时张紧力不小于 500N，大于 500mm

时不小于 800N。

Connect material chamber and air chamber according to the

regulated request. The flange connection must use sealing mat. Connect

material chamber and air chamber dividually. Press ventilated layer

on air chamber (Keep ventilated layer clean.).The ventilated layer

should be fore-and-aft tension. When groove width is less than or equal

to 500mm, tension force is not less than 500N.If it exceeds 500mm,

tension force should be less than 800N.

4、安装透气层时透气层被切断处和开孔处必须熔融封边，不允许有散

边。所有透气层不允许损坏，如有损坏应立即更换。

When installing ventilated layer, the cutting and hole position

is fused sealing. Not allow to have scattering. All ventilated layer

must not be damaged. If it is damaged, change them immediately.

5、斜槽各法兰接触面均涂液态密封胶，不允许漏气。

The flange of contacted surface of air slide is painted

liquid sealing rubber. Not allow air leakage.

6、安装的倾斜度，在上、下槽体结合法兰的上表面测量，纵向斜度误

差应不大于 1/1000,横向水平误差应不大于 2/1000。

body. The fore-and-aft slope error is not over 1/1000. Horizontal

level error should not exceed 2/1000.

7、进料口非标件制作时，不应损坏透气层。

When fabricating non-standard parts of inlet, not allow to

damage ventilated layer.

8、斜槽如露天布置时应设置防雨罩，防止法兰连接处透气层受潮，影

响输送性能。

If air slide is arranged outdoor, it must have weatherproof

guard. If ventilated layer of flange connection is influenced, it will

have effect on conveying capacity.

9、如斜槽很长时阻力损失增大，应每隔 10～20m 时设置一个入风口。

当斜槽中有三通槽、弯槽时一般增设入风口。

If resistance loss of air slide is increased for a long time,

arrange an air inlet every 10 to 20m. When air slide has three-way

groove and bending groove, generally it will increase air inlet.

10、三通槽一般不同时送料，使用时注意关断一个方向的截流阀和进气

阀。

Three-way valve can’t send material at the same time. Note

to close one cut-off valve and air inlet valve.

11、每台斜槽排气口应与除尘系统相连，否则物料将不能正常输送，上

槽体压力应始终保持±0，如余压大，上、下槽体间压差变小，从而穿过透

气层的风量减少，难以保证规定的输送能力。

Air outlet of every air slide should connect with dust

filtering system, otherwise material can’t be conveyed normally.

Pressure of upper groove body should keep ±0 all the time. If the

remainder pressure is high, pressure differential between upper and

bottom groove body is small. The wind volume through ventilated layer

is small. It can’t guarantee the regulated conveying capacity.

12、试运转时调节控风阀，改变管道内气体阻力，使风机的通风量与斜

槽所需的风量相匹配。

When test running, adjust wind control valve and change gas

resistance in the pipe. The ventilated volume of fan matches with air

slide.

13、开机时，应先开送风设备，再进料。

When starting machine, first open wind supplied equipment,

then charge.

14、关机时，应先停止进料设备，再停送风设备。

When stopping the machine, first stop charging equipment,

then stop wind supplied equipment.
