(Kindly Follow the Exact Nomenclature and Sheet Title and note
that no two drawings will have the same sheet title.)

3. Show Key Plan (with Area Marked). Put in Title Block

4. Put the revision number/description/date of drawing (Same as the
Latest Revision Date)
5. Issue date and details (even for e-mails)
6. Put in Scale/Project Code etc. (Please verify the Project Name)
7. Show basement extent/Fire Tender Path always (Check the line type
scale of these and for grid lines / center lines before printing)
8. Show Catch Basins / Manhole covers / Drain in all the drawings
9. Use only standardized Electrical Symbols (refer Y:\DC-Library\Title
Block\Electrical Legend).

Use color 220 for electrical fixtures

Use Mono-Elec.CTB for plotting electrical drawings (color prints on
white paper.
Use standard format for electrical images (refer Y:\DC-
Library\Electrical)

10. Use only standardized plant symbols/Hatch Patterns (refer Y:\DC-

Library\Planting)
Use color 74/84 for ground covers, 86/88 for shrubs, 7/98 for Trees
and Palms, 05 for climbers and 86 for defining edge between GC –
Shrubs or GC – GC and color 83 for Hatching Lawn.

Use Mono-Plant.CTB for plotting planting drawings (B/W).

Layer Names will be as follows:
 P-T-AS (Plant-Tree-Alstonia Scholaris), P-S-CB, P-P-AL, P-B-BV, P-
G-IH for (trees/shrubs/palms/bamboo/ground covers respectively)

11. Use only standardized line type for showing services. (refer Y:\DC-
Library\Title Block\Serv-Legend)
Mono-serv.CTB for plotting services drawings (color prints on white
paper).
Always show old lines and old MH/CB location in 255 color and use
revision cloud where ever changes are made.
Layer names will be as follows:
S-STW/S-STW-CB(251 Color)/S-STW-MH(251 Color) and so on.
