In line with SESB's transformation towards excellence, the ESAH is set to provide a standard that encompass all our process into a handbook for the use of our customers. This ESAH is in tandem with our PSI (Pracess Standardization & Improvement) program. With the standardization of the processes throughout SESB, both the existing and new consumers in any town or district in the state will have a one-stop reference point to information on how to get clectricity in their houses, offices, buildings, warehouse or factories as well as information on the timeframe and estimated capital cost of power supply.
