Respected Sir,

NFC Blood Donor Society (NFC BDS) is organizing FAREWELL for outgoing students of
session 2014 on 12th March (Tuesday), 2019 at the Silver Spoon Restaurant. The expenses to be
incurred are as follows.

1: Dinner for 80 persons Rs: 70,000/-

2: 17 Shields Rs: 14,000/-

3: Miscellaneous expenses Rs: 5,000/-

Total Expenses Rs: 89,000/-

Collection from Students Rs: 54,000/-

Remaining Amount Rs: 35,000/-

Therefore, it is requested that approval may kindly be accorded to organize the farewell and
also Rs: 35,000/- may please be approved for the smooth execution of the event.
