The builder allotted the plot in anticipation of acquition of land from the farmers through the state government with which the builder had an agreement to get him land avallabe equal to 10% of the total project of the builder approved by the govt. Consequently in keepin with the agreement with the builder the state govt acquired the land and Issued notification of acquisition in the year 2009 but the effected farmers fled writ petition in the High Court against the acquisition orders without getting the compensation and abtained stay order.
