REVISED SYLLABUS FOR COMBINED COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS OF SPSC The existing Syllabus for the Combined Competitive Examinations of the SPSC became old and out of sync over a period of many years that it was being followed; hence there was an urgent need to revise it and bring it at par with the present day requirements. Keeping this objective in mind the SPSC initiated the process of syllabus revision in February 2018. The exercise involved engaging with stakeholders including the concerned Government of Sindh departments for whom the recruitment is carried out; Academia from all the leading Universities of Sindh; and other professionals. In this regard a Consultative Workshop was also organized in April 2018 by the SPSC at NIM Karachi where active participation was witnessed from all the participants. After passing through various scrutiny / approval stages the revised syllabus has been finally agreed and approved by the competent authority i.e. the Chief Minister of Sindh. The SPSC expects that this revised syllabus will be quite helpful for the intending candidates as it is now more relevant to the present day requirements.SINDH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION THANDI SARAK, HYDERABAD.
