O13, s. 2018 RECRUITMENT, EVALUATION AND SELECTION OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER-APPLICANTS To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Education Program Supervisors Secondary School Principals/OICs 1. The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct recruitment procedure, evaluation, selection and hiring of qualified junior high school teachers to come up with a Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. The procedure to be conducted shall be in accordance to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 7; s. 2015 entitled “Hiring Guidelines for Teacher | Positions Effective School Year 2015-2016" 2. The step-by-step procedure in the recruitment and evaluation of teacher-applicants is contained in Enclosure No. 1. 3. The composition of the Division Selection Committee is in Enclosure No. 4. The applicants shall submit to Educational District (EDDIS) Screening Committee, headed by the EDDIS Chair, a written application and the required documents (See Enclosure No. 3 - Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Verification of Documents). Teachers who were hired through the Provincial or Municipal Local School Board (LSB) and funded through Special Education Fund (SEF) shall likewise submit a certification or proof of having hired as such for additional points in Teaching Experience. Teacher-applicants from private schools shall submit their clearances and certification of employment. 5. All teacher-applicants in SY 2017 - 2018 who were not listed in the Registry of Qualified Applicants may re-apply by submitting letter of intent and additional credentials/qualifications. 6. All EDDIS Chairs are requested to instruct the composition of the EDDIS Screening Committee to follow the same procedure in the said process. The screening committees are expected to pre - evaluate the documents of all teacher-applicants of their respective EDDIS on or before February 26,2018, 7. DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 and this Memorandum together with the Enclosures shall be posted in conspicuous places in schools. 8.
