Ole, 5. 2018 RECRUITMENT, EVALUATION AND SELECTION OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER - APPLICANTS: To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Education Program Supervisors Secondary School Principals/OICs 1. The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct recruitment procedure, evaluation, selection and hiring of qualified senior high school teachers to come up with a Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. The procedure to be conducted shall be in accordance to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 03; s. 2016 entitled “Hiring Guidelines for Senior High School Teachers (SHS) Teaching Positions Effective School Year 2016-2017”. 2. The step-by-step procedure in the recruitment and evaluation of teacher-applicants is contained in Enclosure No. 1. 3. The composition of the Division Selection Committee is in Enclosure No. 2. 4, Interested applicants shall submit to the Educational District (EDDIS) Screening Committee, headed by the EDDIS Chair, a written application and the required documents as stated in the Enclosure No. 3 - Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Verification of Documents. Teacher-applicants from private schools shall submit their clearances and certification of employment. 5, The EDDIS Screening Committees are expected to pre - evaluate the documents of all teacher-applicants of their respective EDDIS on or before February 27, 2018. 7. DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 and this Memorandum together with the Enclosures shall be posted in conspicuous places in schools. 8 Immediate and wide dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is earnestly enjoined.
