Emcees’ Scipt: Soiree 2018

Voice Over: Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

:Please stand to offer our thanks to our Lord through a Doxology to be given by selected Grades 7 and 8 students. Please
remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

: Please be seated.

: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to this year’s Soiree held at January 25, 2018 here in Lobong Social Pavilion. Let us
now witness the Grand March headed by our two equally beautiful emcees, Mrs. Joy Ll. Intia and Mrs. Grace T. Paraiso.
Let’s give them a round of applause.

Joy: To our beloved principal, Mrs. Mercy A. Escuro; Our Barangay Council, headed by our Barangay Captain, Hon. Pio
Mar A. Ramos; To our GPTA Members, headed by Hon. Francia R. Gonzales, students, parents, friends, ladies and
gentlemen this is Soiree 2018 in its Masquerade.

Grace: The stars have descended from heavens and joined us here in Lobong Social Pavilion as we see the beautiful and
handsome faces of our Grade 9 and 10 students of Divine Shepherd High School.

Joy: And now let’s witness the Grand March of our beauteous lasses and striking lads in their masks.

Grace: Presenting the Grade 9 Students...

Grace: Let’s us now witness the Grand March of this year’s Muses with their escorts.

Joy: Last but not the least, the faculty of Divine Shepherd High School, headed by Mrs. Mercy A. Escuro. Let’s give them a
round of applause.

Grace: At this juncture, let me call on Hon. Francia R. Gonzales, GPTA President, for her Opening Remarks. Let’s give her
a round of applause.

Joy: Thank you, Mrs. Francia Gonzales for the Opening Remarks. Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time to get to know our
beautiful muses and their equally stunning escorts a little bit better.

Grace: Yes, Maam Joy. At this moment we are going to witness the presentation of our muses and escorts.

Joy: This night will not be complete if there will be no love songs. To render his song for our Muses, let me call on Limuel
B. Soliman, a Grade 10 student.

Grace: Thank you Limuel; thank you ladies. A this juncture, may I call on Hon. Pio Mar A. Ramos, Barangay Captain,
Lobong, Bato, Cam. Sur, for his Inspirational Message. Let’s give him a round of applause.
Joy: Thank you Barangay Captain Ramos for a really inspiring message. Ladies and gentlemen, at this moment we are
going to witness one of the awaited moments for this night’s occasion. Let’s now witness the Grand Cotillion of Grade 9
students. Let’s give them a round of applause.

Grace: Thank you Grade 9. To entrust the values, responsibilities, and legacy of the Grade 10 to the Grade 9 students ,
let me call on Kristine G. Rustria, a grade 10 student, to read the Class Will and Testament. Let’s give her a big round of
applause.

Joy: Thank you Kristine. At this moment, let me call on Joebert I. Babasa, Grade 9 Class President, and Pearly R. Gomez,
Grade 10 Class President, for the Turnover of the Key of Responsibility. Let’s give them a round of applause.

Grace: Thank you Pearly and Joebert. We have already witnessed the Grand Cotillion of grade 9 students. At this
juncture, join me in giving a round of applause for the Grand Cotillion of Grade 10 students.

Joy: Thank you, Grade 10 students. Do you have a idea what will happen to you 5 or 10 year from now? The Divine
Shepherd High School Students already have their own plans. Let me call on Adelle B. De Lima, the class prophet for the
class prophecy. Let’s give her a round of applause.

Grace: Thank you Adelle. High School is not only about serious stuff. To prove this, let me call on some of our selected
Grade 9 and 10 students to give us an intermission number. Let’s give them a round of applause.
