DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:


Following are the activities expeced to be carried out based on client needs:

1. Change Management, Restructuring and designing Corporate Solutions;


2. Strategy Development, Execution and Implementation through Finance;
3. IFRS first time implemention;
4. Finance function transformation and functional development;
5. Development and implementation of Policies, Business Processes,
Controls etc. (particularly relating to finance function);
6. Financial valuations, business modelling, planning, budgeting and
working capital improvements;
7. Develop Management and financial reporting platforms;
8. Industry experience; &
9. Strong Multiple technical and professional background.
10. Experience of working on ERPs SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics etc.
11. Knowledge of Sales Tax and Zakat laws.
12. ERP knowledge to assist in defining system requirements for change
implementing.

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5-6 years of work experience (preferably with Big 4), including 2-3 years PQE.
2. CA or ACCA, partly qualified CAs with Big 4 experience may be considered.
3. Strong IFRS background (IFRS training experience is a plus).
4. Strong command on MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to handle large scale projects and understanding of leading management practices;
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
7. Expected package depending of experience and qualifications.
