We are looking to appoint two HR Advisors to join our newly formed employee
relations team. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider
People and Organisational Development directorate you will support busy
managers and academic leaders regarding all aspects of performance
management, advice on terms and conditions, policy interpretation, change
management and pay and grading.

Ideal Candidate

Given our ambitious agenda, ideal candidates will have a passion for coaching
and enabling managers and leaders in order to contribute to the step change in
our approach to people management at DMU.In order to succeed you will have
demonstrable experience of supporting managers on complex ER matters to a
successful conclusion. You will have a strong track record of developing
positive professional relationships with a range of managers by offering
articulate, clear and robust advice whilst giving consideration to the broader
context.
