Title Impact Of Total Quality Management : With Special Reference to Health Sectors
of City Multan, Pakistan

Purpose The purpose of the study will be to determine how total quality management
improve the efficiency and performance of health sectors.It helps them to improve
system related healthcare and make healthcare more efficient to gain ultimate
desired outcome, which include patient satisfaction, leadership, human resource
utilization, patient satisfaction and efficient performance

Designed/ This research will start with broad view of literature on the impact of total quality
methodology/ on the performance and efficiency of health sectors. Researcher will collect the
Approach date from 80 employees in different health sectors of Multan city, 40 from non
management and 40 from the management staff. The researcher will use
questionnaire tool (likert scale) for the survey

Limitation The questionnaire will be filled by middle management employee of each health
sectors who are working since one year. All candidate are educated and they can
read and understand the questions

Scope of study Total Quality Management (TQM) is an essential successful factor of the large
and small organisations. There are number of challenges are facing by healthcare
centre and hospitals regarding quality, efficiency and inadequacy. The heath
sectors should give more importance to TQM and quality improvement so that
their customers and patient may not switch to an other health sector or hospitals
