2. Stir in the flour & cook for couple of minutes. 3. Take the pan off the heat & stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce. Back on the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil. Add in the chopped parsley & pasta. 13. Stir; coat the pasta & the veggies in the sauce. 14. Serve with some fresh parsley on top.
