My work experience at Goods Supplier and Services Oil and Gas Company afforded me with the
crucial skills to work with some of the best professionals. Being a HSEQ Officer has developed in
me enthusiasm and responsibility in the workplace and has subsequently convinced me that Health
Safety and Environment (HSE) position play an important role in industry.

Having obtained my Bachelor of Applied Science’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
Engineering in Shipbuilding Institute of Polytechnic Surabaya, I’ve become equipped with the
necessary knowledge and skill including Risk Assessment & QHSE Management System.

I had finished my training and hold Occupational Safety and Health Expert Certificate (General K3
Certification - AK3U) from Directorate General Labor Inspection Development and Occupational
Safety and Health on august 2015.

I have a good motivation for progress and growing, eager to learn, and can work with a team
independently.I am familiar with computer program especially Ms Office & Graphic Design
Application. Having a good command in oral and written English Communication Skill.
