Introduction

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited is India's leading provider of scientifically proven oral


care products. The range includes toothpastes toothpowder toothbrushes and
mouthwashes under the Colgate brand as well as a specialized range of dental therapies
under the banner of Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals.

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd was incorporated in the year 1937.

Training & Development

Colgate requires that 100 percent of salary and clerical employees complete the Code of
Conduct training each year, with all additional employees completing the course every
other year. The Code of Conduct training reinforces Colgate’s commitment to respecting
workers’ human rights, fair labour practices, and protection of the environment. Training
is mandatory and is linked to compensation for certain employee populations
