The Wizard of Oz
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is written by L. Frank Baum and published published by
the George M. Hill Company in Chicago on May 17, 1900. This North American´s writer
used to write for children´s. It is a classic, a legend that will never grow old.
The story of that´s novel relates the adventure of Dorothy and her puppy “Toto” in the
Land Oz.
Dorothy lived in Kansas with her aunt Em and uncle Henry. In Dorothy´s place there
were cyclones but there were no trees and no hills. One day, a cyclons blows their houses
with Dorothy and her dog Toto in it, to a country called Oz. She wanted to come back
Kansas, but she did know how get there, because, she needed help from someone.

The good witch of the North talked her “ask the Wizard of Oz to help you”. The Wizard
lives in Emerald city. She met in the yellow brick road with the Scarecrow, the Tin man
and the Cowardly lion. They need help too.

Each one of Dorothy's friends thought that they needed something that constituted them,
because they want to ask the Wizard. For example, the Scarecrow did not have brain:
the Tin man, did not have heart and the Cowardly lion did not have bravery.

We all need help in the life. Nobody can do without the other persons. helping another
find help.
