G-MAKN PC12 Dry Hire Costs Summary

Ravenair manage PC12/47E G-MAKN on behalf of the owner. The aircraft is based at Leeds East
Airport (ICAO EGCM) and was delivered new from the manufacturer in December 2017.

Aircraft Dry Hire

We offer a Dry Hire option for the use of the aircraft operated EASA PART-NCO. This is not a charter
service as the aircraft is not operated on an Air Operators Certificate (AOC). The provision of the
pilot is dealt with separately.

Dry Hire Costs

1300.00 GBP Per Flying Hour. Calculated from Hobbs meter.


7.5% charge on above cost. Expenses if incurred by Ravenair marked up by 7.5%.
Pilot cost, travel, sustenance, hotac paid by Dry Lease party. Budget on 450.00 GBP / Day plus travel
and expenses for the pilot if a Commercial Pilot is required.
The 1300.00 GBP currently includes fuel, oil and Eurocontrol charges but not supplementary airport
navigation charges that are sometimes charged in addition to landing fees.
All GBP Pounds Sterling and exclude UK VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.

Dry Hire Price Indication.

As this is not a Charter operation under an AOC we do not offer an inclusive price, we can however
provide a price indication bringing together the known variables that can be expected for a given
flight. The price indication is made up of the hourly flying charge and estimated associated ground
fees. If a Commercial Pilot is required, the charges for the pilot need to be added and are invoiced
separately.

Dry Hire Price Indication - Inclusions & Exclusions.

Cost items incorporated are listed below but are not limited to: Hire of Aircraft by the hour or part
thereof, Eurocontrol fees, landing, navigation, handling and associated airport fees per aerodromes
or airports served. Fuel, Oil, Maintenance, Insurance and additional Insurance cover if required. Crew
costs are charged separately in accordance with the agreement. Exclusions apply and are not limited
to: Taxes and Duties, De-Icing where required by the Commander of the aircraft, Airport and Handling
Agent Out of Hours Surcharges.
