C. True Copy/True Copy for z/OS/True Copy Async/True Copy Async for

When all the conditions (A-C) are met, if any of the following failures
occurs, this phenomenon may occur.
a) A failure in a path between RAID500 and external storage
b) External device failure
c) RAID500 failure
d) Invalid response from the external device
