One of the most important things I’ve observed is that talent alone is not enough.

It is
important, but it is no guarantee of success. One must also be hardworking and should practice
self-discipline. I have lots of memorable experiences on my time at P.L Sebastian Construction.
One is going to the site of the project in Padada. In our line of work we usually need to be
accurate in estimating the materials to be used in the construction project, I learned that we
engineers need to be precise in constructions, I learned that materials and safety are one of the
biggest factors that we engineers need to keep an eye on.
