information technology provides us with the strategy and business priorities.

strategy as it should, which is essential because thanks to these we can achieve
business objectives, such as generating more income, low cost, good customer
service In the organization. The architecture of information is important since we

Regarding the determination of the technological direction, the systems division or
its equivalent must be aware of the importance of the technological infrastructure
plan. The process for the technology infrastructure plan is reasonably robust and
aligned with the IT strategic plan. The orientation of the technological infrastructure
includes understanding where the company wants to be a leader and where it wants
to lag behind the use of technology, based on the risks and alignment with the
organizational strategy. The processes, organization and IT relationships in the

assurance, risk management, information security and guarantee of business
requirements. In terms of assessing and managing IT risks, the organization should

Currently there is a large amount of money invested in IT around the world. Most
companies consider it a highly profitable investment, although sometimes only in
the long term. In other countries, it is the area with the most capital invested in
business, since a significant investment is needed to develop it and obtain the

information that the company requires to achieve its objectives, the company needs
to invest in ICT and manage and control IT resources using a structured set of
processes that provide the services that deliver the required business information.
The COBIT framework provides tools to ensure alignment with business
requirements.
