Subject: Application for an Industrial Attachment.

Dear Sir,

This is to certify that the following listed students from Mechanical. Students who are
applying for this attachment are listed in a table attached herewith.

As the department has no Industrial Attachment program under the curriculum of Mechanical
Engineering, the Department requests you to allow the students mentioned below to perform
an industrial attachment in your organization if possible. The department will be really
grateful if you can extend your help to the students by:

I. Attaching relevant officers/engineers to help them, if necessary.

II. Supplying non classified data, if needed.

III. Providing information about related organizational problems (if you face any).

It will be very much appreciated if the students are allowed to perform as interns for about
one week starting from in your organization for which both the organization and the
university will have no financial and other obligation.
