With regards to the completion and turnover of the mentioned-above project, stated below are
the dates of plans and permit received prior to the start of the construction of project.

 May 15 – Contract signing

 May 17 – Requirements for Zoning permit released from Architect’s office
 July 09 – Technical specs released for the processing of permit
 July 20 – Zoning permit
 July 27 – Tax clearance release
 July 31 – Received down payment
 August 06 – Mobilization of Pile driving equipment
 August 07 – Structural plans released for the processing of permit
 August 11-12 – Pile driving testing
 August 15 – Tax receipts received
 August 15 – Architectural, structural and electrical plans for construction released
 August 17 – CD-Drawing cad files of Architectural, structural and electrical plans released
 September 13 – Building permit released
 September 14 – Pile driving activity done
 September 21 – Demobilization of pile driving equipment
 September 22 – Mobilization of backhoe

We admit that there was a short coming on our part regarding the delay in the
mobilization of the equipment for the pile driving activity still we push it without the permits. We
promise to work really hard to reach our target date of the completion of the building. Hoping for
