Domaine de Rombeau is a family business located in the far south of France,
in the Rivesaltes region near Perpignan. A strong wind ensures the daily
cooling of the vineyards in this sunny location. This is how the wines obtain
a perfect balance between freshness and structure. Several grape varieties
have been planted on the 110 hectares of the vineyard. The age of the vines
varies between 10 and 60 years old.

80% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache
A deep purple colour and intense aromas of dark fruit and spices on the
nose. Aging in wooden French oak barrels gives the wine a good structure
with hints of cacao and vanilla. The tannins are beautifully incorporated
into the wine. 14.5% | 10 CL
Domaine de Rombeau IGP Chardonnay – Grand Crus du Roussillon
100% Chardonnay
The wine is clear and lightly golden. The aroma is intense, with hints of
citrus, apple and pineapple. The taste is fresh and well balanced. A fruity

Domaine de Rombeau IGP rosé – Grand Crus du Roussillon
50% Grenache, 50% Syrah
A dry Provence-style rosé with a light colour and a pleasant fresh tartness.
