Calibration IBN_C-150

When you calibrate the indicator, the load cell’s shield cable must connected with GND,
otherwise the indicator reads will have errors.
Calibration should be operated by measure technician is as follows:
1. Weight calibration
STEP OPERATION DISPLAY NOTICE
1 Power on, press “calibration” and “ Enter” together when self-checking, loosen when
hear the buzzer.
2 【pass】
It will display 【pass】after Self checking and ask to input calibration password
3 Input calibration password “010201”

Press【↑】 to input data，press【Enter】to confirm; press【Tare】to modify last bit of
password or exit calibration. Password right to enter division setting, otherwise exit
calibration

Set the poise on the platform
Press【↑】and【Enter】to enter poise weight, if the present data, press【Enter】,
calibration will be finished when the Tare signal is on，if off, finish data entering
Note: 1. When calibrate, tare flag will be acted as stablization.
2. Press【Tare】If you want to quit without save settings. It keeps the old.
3. Power off the indicator after calibration, check the data have been saved or not. If not
saved, please check the shoot ring is connected credibility or not.
