Subject : SAFE GUARDING OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

This is with regards your concern about the alleged information leakage that occurred in
our restaurant. I am writing some recommendations that might be useful to prevent the same
incidents from happening again.

 Vulnerability awareness due to time issues – as a manager and owner of a restaurant,

you know that robberies can happen any time, mostly in vulnerable times.

 Camera Installations- employee theft is the top crime in the industry. The staff should
know that cash registers, offices, entries and inventory areas are always under
surveillance at all times. Utilizing a wireless camera system like blink offers a
widespread protection for the employee and the restaurant itself.

 File Safe present- leave up your valuables in a place where no one can get it except you
and/ or personnel who you trusted. Also, leave the cash drawers empty and open when
the restaurant is closed to prevent intruders breaking into them.

 Security Clearance- this is a status granted to an individual to have an access in the

classified information and can eligibly go in private and restricted areas of the
company/restaurant.

Your handling of classified information will greatly improve if you follow these
recommendations. Don't hesitate to call me for clarifications and/or updates on my contact
details, as follows: 417- 4080, email address charlesmolina12@gmail.com.
