in monitoring and control of store performance.

 To develop a layout for the shop in order to maximize sales.
 To develop a supply chain strategy by automating the electronic point of
sales.
 Negotiate with suppliers to reduce cost price.
 Come up with detail analysis of MIS
It is a collection of systems, hardwares, procedures and people that all
work together to process, store and produce information that is useful to
the organization.
