Register your Email Id through SMS :

To update the Bill Media of customer to ‘Email’ option and update his/her email id in CDR
for receiving bills, through SMS.

 Customer has to send SMS to 53334 in the following format :

EMS <Billing_Account_Number> <Email_Id>

e.g. EMS 9000876534 abc@test.com.

Register your Email Id through www.selfcare.bsnl.co.in :

 Log on to Selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.
 Go to Service screen and Click on “Submit Request for changes to your
profile”.
 Select service Id Ex.040-23204137, Customer Id-4000114849, Request type
- Billing Related, Change Type –Bill media type and Change Sub-Type -
Email, enter email address, description and Click on submit button to submit
the request. Then your request will be processed.
