4.9 Menceritakan makna dan nilai moral yang terkadung dalam lagu “We Will
Not Go Down”.

Analysis of the song with the title ‘’We Will Not Go Down’’:

a) The Background

The background of Michael Heart composed this song is because he felt

sympathy with painful of Gaza Citizen. The early, he planed to sell his Mp3 in
CD and the result of sell it, he will help inhibition in Gaza, but he felt difficult if
he must able to sell his CD. So in the last he decided allow to download his song.
Michael Heart hoped after every body listened this song, they would care and
want to help people of Gaza in Palestine.

b) Interpretation Of The Title

Interpretation from my opinion after read this title, I have respond. May be this
song is give spirit and expectation to listener for not go down from our problems
and our failed.

d) Theme

The theme of this song is to tell and persuade about the cruel by Israel Soldiers to
Citizen of Gaza, because this country broke the Pure Land of Palestine. They
killed many people there and separate the children with their parents and broke
every people and everything breath in Gaza City.

e) Atmosphere

The atmosphere of that song is to describe about sadness the people in Gaza
from the cruel by Israel Soldiers. Although Israel Soldiers came with their tanks
and their planes with ravaging fiery flames to burn Mosques, Homes, Schools,
and Gaza City, but the Citizen of Gaza always effort to attack from that Cruel of
Israel, whereas nobody care with their and the leader of countries afar debated on
who’s wrong and right.

f) Point of view

Point of view about this song is the third person, because Micheal Heart tell about
condition of Citizen of Gaza in Palestine.

Evaluation

g) Value

Value of this song is Moral value, because this song tell about character from the
Israel Soldiers who very Cruel. I have supporting sentence from the second stanza
in the first lyric and also from the fourth stanza in the first and the second lyric.

h) Message

If we looked from the event from Gaza, we can get message about we don’t
fighting between us and we must live in peaceful and far with fighting.
