SUBJECT : SDO ORIENTATION FOR BEGINNING OF SCHOOL YEAR (BOSY) UPDATES & COLLECTION OF INFORMATION REQ ENTS FOR SY 2019-2020 IN THE LEARNER INFORMATION SYSTEM (LIS) & ENHANCED BASIC EDUCATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (EBEIS) DATE : July 5, 2019 1. The Schools Division of Santa Rosa City through the Planning and Research Section of School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), will conduct the above- mentioned orientation on July 19, 2019, at a venue to be announced in a separate advisory. 2. The activity aims to ensure an efficient and accurate data encoding of learner’s profile in the Learner Information System (LIS) and data encoding and/or updating in the Enhanced Basic Education Information System (EBEIS) for School Year 2019-2020 in all the public and private schools of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna. 3. The participants are public schools LIS & EBEIS coordinators and school heads/ administrators of private schools . Public and private schools who intend to send more than one participant may directly coordinate with the venue for the payment of additional participant. 4. Due to a limited 2019 LIS & EBEIS fund, the Schools Division Office shall shoulder the payment for venue, AM snacks and lunch while private schools shall shoulder the PM snacks and other incidental expenses. 5. Expenses for food and venue shall be charged against the 2019 LIS & EBEIS fund pursuant to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6.
