 使用指南 GUIDE TO USE
1. 按照储物盒列表上的‘种类’和‘物品’记录所拿的材料。‘种类’ 为列表里
比较粗的字体；‘物品’为列表有附图片的材料。
Record the materials taken according to ‘Category’ and ‘Item’ on the list of
storage boxes. ‘Category’ is the wording with bold font in the list; ‘Item’ is
the material with a picture attached to the list.

2. 把所要借用的物品‘数量’填写（例：1 包，1 套，4 盒等）。

Fill in the ‘Quantity’ of items required (i.e.: 1 pack, 1 set, 4 boxes etc.).

3. 填写自己的‘名字’，当天‘索取日期’和大概会归还的日期记录在‘计划归
还日期‘。若物品是一次性使用品（例：纸杯，纸巾等），就不需要归
还。
Fill in your ‘Name’, the ‘Date Obtained’ and the ‘Target Return Date’. If the
items are single-use items (i.e. paper cups, napkins etc.), then they do not
have to be returned.

4. 如果需要借用多种类的材料，请分开填写。
If you need to borrow a variety of materials, please fill them out separately.

5. 归还的时候把真正归还的日期填写在‘实际归还日期’的空格，并把材
料收拾好，按照列表和标签，放回储物盒里的原本位置。
a. 若有任何损坏/不见/其它问题，请记录在 ‘备注 ‘的空格。
b. 若物品是一次性使用品（例：纸杯，纸巾等），就不需要归还。
When returning, fill in the 'Actual Return Date' and return the items to their
original storage boxes and original location based on their respective
categories.
a. If there are any damage/ items missing/other problems, please
record it in ‘Remarks’.
b. If the items are single-use items (i.e. paper cups, napkins etc.), then
they do not have to be returned.

6. 若不清楚以上所有指示，请参考表格中的例子。以中文或英文记录即
可。
If you are unsure of all the above, please refer to the example in the form
