2.1. PORT AND DOCKS

2.1.1. Characteristics of Port and Tanker Docking: Each plant will provide
information regarding docking characteristics and typology.

2.3.1. Compatibility of Tankers and Plants:

Procedures for interface compatibility between plant and tanker to proceed to a safe
berthing will be available, according to PD-06 which establishes the mechanisms
and requirements for both checking compatibility between tankers in their loads
and/or downloads at LNG facilities, according to their respective characteristics.

The companies involved will manage the vetting documentation of vessels intending
to download at Enagás plants, according to the provisions of the PD-06 Detail
Protocol in force.

2.3.2. Unloading procedures:

Procedures for tankers unloading “Ship-Shore Interface Safety Procedure” will be


available, according to PD-06 which establishes the mechanisms and requirements
for guaranteeing safety in loading and unloading operations at LNG Regasification
Terminals, once passed the compatibility analysis between tanker and terminal
according to the Compatibility Procedure.

3. CONTRACTING, PROGRAMMATION AND LOGISTICS

3.1. APPLICABLE LAW

Legislation in force applied to plants logistics, according to NGTS and PD-06, will be
available.

3.2. CAPACITY MANAGEMENT

3.2.1. Operative capacity for each infrastructure will be published,


indicating available and contracted capacities according to NGTS and
PD-10.

3.4. PROGRAMMATIONS

3.4.1. Annual Programmation Plan for Tankers Unloading Windows


Assignation at Regasification Plants will be published.

including daily information, in order to provide updated information of
the terminal situation to users.

4. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

4.1. MAINTENANCE

4.1.1. Enagás Infrastructure Maintenance Plan will be published, according


to NGTS-08. This information is communicated to the GTS, who
publishes the Annual Maintenance Plan of the Gas System. This Annual
Enagás Maintenance Plan will be updated in a monthly basis.

Maintenance Plan

4.1.2. Legal requirements will be published, according to what is established


by the Industrial Regulations, regarding: Pressure devices, high and
low voltage regulations, chemical products storage and firefighting
facilities.

Required legal revisions of equipment or elements will be provided to


users.

4.2. INCIDENTS MANAGEMENT

There will be a management system for significant incidents affecting third parties,
as set out in Royal Decree 949/2001.

5. MEASUREMENT

5.1. APPLICABLE LAW

Practices used in this process shall be published, according to the Detail Protocol
PD-05. The Custody Transfer Handbook will be used.

6. RISKS PREVENTION

Information regarding Emergency and Performance Plans, both internal and


external, will be provided, according to applicable regulations: ISPS code and rules
of major accidents (Royal Decree 1254/1999).

7. QUALITY, PREVENTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATIONS

Certifications in force will be published, for example:

Quality: ISO 9001


Risks Prevention: OHSAS 18001
