vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

Philippine currency receipt hereof is acknowledge and confessed from JALILAH I. MARABUR also legal
age. Filipino and residence and postal address at 1230 Sarimanok St., Marawi City have SOLD,
TRANSFER AND CONVERYED and by these present do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto said
INNOVA 2.5 DSL VEHICLE his/her heirs successors and assigns the above described motor vehicle free
from all liens encumbers.

That I hereby warrant that the above mentioned subject to this sale is not among the car
napped, wanted or stolen vehicle and I further warrant that the herein Notary Public had exercised the
Notary Protocol and is not criminally civilly administratively liable in any manner whatsoever.
