Homemade Jolly Rancher Lollipops

Ingredients:

Jolly Rancher hard candies

(number will vary depending on how many you make)
lollipop sticks
(number will vary depending on how many you make)
parchment paper
cooking spray

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 275 degrees F

• Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and LIGHTLY
spray parchment paper with cooking spray
• Unwrap Jolly Rancher candies
• Lay candy on the cookie sheet in groups of 2 or 3 so that the
candies are touching
• Leave room between groups of candy for spreading and to
add stick when they come out of oven
• Bake for about 7-8 minutes, keeping a close eye on them
• When you no longer see outline of rectangular candy shape
they are ready to come out of oven
• Immediately add the lollipop stick, turning the stick once to
coat with candy
• Let set at room temperature, without touching, for about 5
minutes until hardened
