 REGISTRATION RULES

1. The Internal Moot Court Competition 2019 (“IMCC”) is scheduled to be held on July 27-28,
2019.
2. Registration for the IMCC is to be made online. Interested students are required to fill the Google
Form attached with the notification mail sent by the Moot Court Society (“MCS”).
3. Registrations for the IMCC shall be accepted till 11:59 PM, July 15, 2019.
4. Registration is permitted in the capacity of a researcher or speaker or in both capacities.
5. Withdrawal of registrations shall be accepted till 11:59 PM, July 20, 2019. Students can withdraw
by addressing a formal mail to the MCS citing reasons for withdrawal to the following email id:
nualsmootapplications@gmail.com.
6. Students who fail to participate, after registering for the IMCC, without prior intimation in
accordance with Rule 5 shall face a penalty to the marks awarded while participating in both
capacities (Speaker and/or Researcher) in the IMCC, as well as in the consequent edition. The
penalty shall be intimated to the concerned participants by the MCS, and it may even extend up
to a ban from participation in the IMCC as well as the consequent edition.
7. An exception to Rule 6 may be made in consideration of extenuating circumstances by the MCS.
8. The MCS reserves the right to amend or exclude existing rules as well as include new rules by
publication of the same.
