I regret to inform you that my son, Lean Henrick L. Tan, had to leave the
therapeutic institution at lunch time last Friday, July 12, due to a scheduled

family arrangement in the afternoon. 

We apologize for not informing you beforehand. Rest assured if there are

events that would need my son's presence during his internship, we will let

the institution know in advance.
