IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL BUSINESS PARTNER

1. The godown of business partner must be located within his working territory.
2. Business partner must be a resident of his working territory.
3. Business partner should have a bank a/c & Tin no. located within his working territory
4. Business partner must have their own vehicle for delivery of goods.
5. Business partners are not supposed to sell other brands in our category.
6. Business partners must be financially capable to invest money in accordance with the growing
market potential
7. It is mandatory to have market coverage of 90% in your territory,i.e. 90% retailers in your territory
must be serviced on weekly basis.
8. Business partner must ensure a minimum inventory of 10 days Product wise & SKU wise
9. In case of Short supply/Goods damage/Damage of packaging material when the business partner
receives the goods, the company will settle the claims by Reimbursing 0.1% of the bill amount through
Credit Note. The business partner will have to ensure that they provide Better Service to retailers,
regarding claims settlement for month on month basis and if not then the Business Partner will be sole
Responsible for non-settlement of claims in the market.

Note : Business Partners are not allowed to enter into any cash transaction with any employee/representative of the company,
otherwise Company will not responsible for such transaction.

I have read the above mentioned instructions carefully and thereby adhere to the same failing to which
company may initiate necessary action.

ALL THE DISPSUTES/DIFFERENCES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF APPROPRIATE COURT AT
