Push natin tol This year theme campaigns the citizens’ awareness of good nutrition in the prevention of non- communicable disease. 2 In support of this endeavor of the nutrition community through the SGCD, Dumaguete City Division directs ali schools to participate in the scheduled activities which will highlight the month long celebration ‘# Search for Outstanding Implementor on Oplan sa Kalusugan sa DepEd Program elementary and secondary level will be on July 9-12, 2019. # School Bulletin Board Coniesi on July 9-12, 2019 4 Nutri-Jingle Contest elementary and secondary level on July 19, 2018 1:00-5:00 PM at the Convergence Zone. 4 Nutri Fest 2019 July 21, 2049 at §:00 AM at Perdices Coliseum. 3. Prior to the Division level Nutri-Jingle Contest, all school heads are directed to Conduct a cluster competition to come up with ane winner per cluster to compete in the above Division scheduled contest. Attention: North Cluster - Mrs, Julita Olasiman South Cluster - lars, Lilibeth Estrosos West Cluster + Mr. Noei Bayno Aji secondary schools should have ‘ contestant 4. On Bulletin Board category: the size of the Bulletin Board should be 4 feet by 8 feet and should be installed at a conspicuous place. Schools not following the suggested size will be automatically disqualified. 5. __ The winners shall receive cash prizes and certificates to be awarded during the Culmination Program at Quezon Park at 3:00PM on July 30, 3018 6. Push Natin tol” COMPETITS RULES AND GUIDELINES: 4. The competition is open to all Public Elementary and High Schoo! in Dumaguete City Division. 2. The competition will be separated: Elementary Level to be participated by Elementary Pupils, a mix of grades 4 to 6 pupils; Junior High School Level to be participated by Grades 7 to 10 students (strictly no Senior High Schoo! Members} 3. Each participating schoo! must have a minimum of 10 members anda maximum of 20 members and 1 coach. 4. Any instruments to be used should be provided by the participating school. 5, Particisants will have a minimum of 4 minutes and a maximum 6 minutes presentation. There will be 1 minute for intro including preparation for props and 1 minute extro that includes cleaning the performance area for the next competing team. A warning sign will be given at the end of 5 minutes and the final sign will be given at the end of 6 minutes. A deduction of 5 points will be deducted for every exceeding 19 seconds. 6. The jingle should be based on the theme, “Kumain ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo . .. . Push Natin tol” either in English or Filipino or combination. 7. Three (3) printed copies and 4 CD of the lyrics should be suamitted to Mrs. Carolyn P. Partosa (Division Nurse) on July 15, 2019, Monday, before 5 p.m. for checking.8. Participants will be judged on originality of lyrics and rhythm, costume, choreography, relevance to the theme and timing and over-all impact. 9. Top 3 winners will be awarded with cash and certificates. 10.The decision of the Board of Judges will be final and irrevocable under all circumstances. Criteria for judging: Originality of lyrics and rhythrn = 30% Costume ~ 15% Choreography = 15% Relevance to the theme and Timing ~ 30% Over-all Impact - 10% Total - 100%
