(b) Project position(s): One project fellow / JRF to work in the DST-ICPS sponsored project titled
“IOT based energy management system for a micro grid with vehicle to grid feature” under the
supervision of Prof. Hitesh Dutt Mathur [Fellowship of Rs 25000 per month for first two years
and Rs. 28000 per month for to third year (expected revise)]
(c) Project position(s): One project fellow / JRF to work in the DST-SERB sponsored project titled
“Resource dimensioning and management of smart and sustainable 5G small cells for rural
broadband” under the supervision of Dr. Vinay chamola [Fellowship of Rs 31000 per month for
first two years and Rs. 35000 per month for to third year (expected revise)]
Student, who will devote full-time on Ph. D. work, will be considered for assistantship/project
fellowship. Preference will be given to candidates working in ongoing sponsored projects in
the Institute, and the CSIR/UGC- NET qualified candidates, irrespective of the position
available in above areas.
b. Part-time Students : Preferably individuals working in organizations providing basic facilities and
environment for research will be admitted under this scheme. They will not be entitled for any
assistantship from the Institute.
Candidates working in organizations situated close to the campus will be admitted under this
scheme. Part time students have to visit the campus for registration, mid-sem evaluation and
end-sem evaluation in addition to small period required by the department.

* The above prescribed semester fees is for student admitted in the academic year 2018-19. For these
students, the semester, term, and admission fees will be revised upward every year, but will not increase
beyond 15% each year (unless the government announces any new lavy/tax, which will be passed on to
all existing students irrespective of their year of entry.

TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
